Do not trust……ordered on 6th December…
Do not trust……ordered on 6th December and expected delays due to Royal Mail but to date still not received and despite several attempts to contact and resolve they now have stopped replying and haven’t given refund, have PayPal case open and they haven’t responded to that either! Can’t rate product as never received but terrible customer service and am £100 out of pocket!

Update: after weeks of trying, minutes after this review I receive refund…..it shouldn’t have taken a poor review and PayPal intervention to get a resolution

I don’t know why it’s a struggle to get a refund from these people. Bought a phone that was never delivered, they confirmed that Royal Mail sent it back to them and I told them I didn’t want it anymore which obviously meant I had to get my money back but am literally begging them to give me my money back. Very unprofessional behaviour!

Nice watch, didn’t receive charger
Watch is great quality, arrived in time. Payed £15 extra for a charger which never arrived, it’s now about a month later.

Ultimo refusing to refund a defective device
Bought an iPad for Christams. Very slow to dispatch. When it arrived the camera didn't work. Returned it. Heard nothing and then it arrived back with me again...camera still not working. Ultimo refusing to make a refund. Do not do business with this outfit.

Complete shambles … very quick to take…
Complete shambles … very quick to take your money, very slow to send out the device (I waited over two weeks despite next day delivery) and they are very slow to process refunds … been in the your-fund-has-been-processed-and-will-be-in-your-In-the-next-24-48-hours stage since Monday (after being in receipt of the item for 10 days) and it’s Friday now - and apparently, it’s just being processed and will be in my bank by Monday.

Very unhappy.

Delivery Query Resolved
I order my product via Woucher who gave me an estimated date for delivery, I didn't know this was the case but when I contacted the Ultimo customer service team they were quick to respond, and inform me of the procedure for delivery. Kai who dealt with my query was very helpful.

Got an apple watch from here described as in very good condition received the watch on time but it was terrible condition with scratches and a crack in screen would definitely not recommend

Great customer care.
My order of a refurb phone was delivered promptly. However, on trying it out it just didn't suit. There was absolutely nothing wrong with it. I contacted Ultimo and was advised how to send it back and a refund was sent straight away. No quibbles.

Products was faulty but fixed quickly
Products was faulty originally. The software was out of date and couldn’t be updated by myself so had to take to the Apple Store to be fixed. Ultimo were happy to provide a refund if needed but instead made a payment by way of a good will gesture as product was fixed under apples product warranty. Happy with customer service from Ultimo.

Great customer service & Excellent Communication
Great customer service, Kai, who advised me on the phone was a great help and very professional. It is nice to get someone who is a real human being on the other side willing to hear you out and help out.

Due to royal mail strikes I had to get a refund on an item and was not in the UK to do so. A complicated situation which was handled with great and comprehensive communication by their team.

I have not opened the product as I am not in the country and had to buy a different one as it was a Christmas present.

But from what I hear and the other reviews here I would expect nothing less than stellar.

Thank you very much and I will be ordering with this company in the future.

Unfortunately the first Apple Watch i…
Unfortunately the first Apple Watch i was sent was faulty, however, i contacted the company who quickly arranged for the watch to be sent back to them to look into the matter and a few days later I was provided with another one that was in full working order. Overall I thought their customer services was excellent

Ordered a watch for my son on the…
Ordered a watch for my son on the 29/12/22, told it would arrive within 3-5 working days although expect slight delay due to Royal Mail strikes.
2 weeks later, not even dispatched. No reason as to why not, and fobbed off by the company. Few days later, still not dispatched, despite chasing numerous times. Asked for refund. Told I would receive within 4 working days. No refund.
I am now chasing them for my money, they have however confirmed that they haven’t processed the refund yet! Avoid this company!
Update: 03/02/23
I am pleased to update I have now received a full refund and a good will gesture for the issues caused.
